Guilt-free restaurant dining

Whether eating at home or dining out, Nutu has you covered. The simple traffic light system will help you select healthier food choices and stay on track. Once a meal or food is selected, you will see how it impacts your Nutu Score. Suggestions are then made about how to improve your Nutu Score such as reduce portion size, remove an ingredient, or go for a walk.

Everyday activities count

Joining a gym is not required with the Nutu program. Even everyday tasks will count towards your physical activity goals. We offer a wide range of choices including walking the dog, gardening, and mowing the lawn. The Nutu app also syncs with activity tracking devices you may already be using on your smart phone such as a fitness watch.

Certified Coaches

You will be assigned a certified coach who provides support every step of the way on this journey. Together you will set short-term goals that allow you to go at your own pace. If stumbling blocks or plateaus are hit, your live coach is there to support you, guide you, and help you move past the hurdles. We also provide you with access to a digital companion who is available 24/7 to answer questions when the coach is not.

Social team support

You will be connected with a group of people who are on the same journey you are. Together you can learn from each other, exchange ideas, hear new tips, celebrate success, and get inspired when you need it!
