We provide a Nutu Score that makes it easy, so there isn't even a need to count calories to lose weight. A personalized Nutu Score is created based on your height, weight, daily food intake, daily activity, and hours of sleep.

Whether eating at home or dining out, Nutu has you covered. The simple traffic light system will help you select healthier food choices and stay on track. And once a meal or food is selected, you will see how much that meal will impact your score. Suggestions are then made about how to improve the meal choice such as reduce portion size, remove an ingredient, or go for a walk.

Our evidence-based program is backed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) proven methods. By participating in this 12-month program, we empower you to lose 5-7% of your starting body weight and increase physical activity through lifestyle and behavior changes. You will also learn how to work through challenges along the way to ensure sustainable lifestyle changes and give you the confidence you need to do it on your own.

Joining a gym is not required with the Nutu program. Even everyday activities will count towards your activity goals. We offer a wide range of choices including everyday activities like planting, walking the dog, and mowing the lawn. The app connects easily to activity tracking devices you may already have such as a fitness watch.

Social support Team

You will be connected with a group of people who are on the same journey you are. Together you can learn from each other, exchange ideas, hear new tips, celebrate success, and get inspired when you need it!

Personal coach

You will be assigned to a real lifestyle coach who provides support every step of the way on this journey. Together you will set short-term goals that allow you to go at your own pace. If stumbling blocks and plateaus are hit, your live coach is there to support you, guide you, and help you move past the hurdles. We also provide you with access to a digital companion who is available 24/7 to answer questions when the coach is not.
